I recently had an extraordinary stay at Neptuno Playa & Spa in Valencia. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the long sandy beach and with easy access to transportation to the city center, was absolutely perfect. The staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant, were incredibly caring and attentive, with a special mention to Ms. Andrea at the Reception for her exceptional service. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping maintaining impeccable standards.One of the highlights of my stay was the exquisite dining experience. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of options including fresh juices, fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelettes. The dinner selection was equally impressive, with multiple choices for starters, main dishes, and desserts. The rooftop lounge was a fantastic spot to unwind while enjoying the stunning sea views.I was also impressed by the hotel's thoughtful amenities, such as the jacuzzi, fitness center, and rooftop solarium with a shallow pool. The room itself was equipped with convenient features like wireless chargers, a bathroom light to dry off swimwear, and a comfortable sitting area.I can confidently say that Neptuno exceeded all my expectations with its exceptional service, top-notch facilities, and unbeatable location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway in Valencia.
